Mia Harris is a Functional Nutritionist who is passionate about teaching others about food and their bodies in an easy and sustainable way.
After struggling with food and body image for years, Mia decided to study nutrition and now helps to support others to ditch the diet mentality and find balance with food and their bodies. She is a true believer that you can find joy in nourishing yourself. She loves to cook, get outside into nature with her two dogs and partner and travel. She graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2017 and has a special interest in women’s hormone health and weight loss. She is a clinical instructor at Pacific Rim College and continues her education in women’s health.
