Nicole will be guiding Mindful Moments a class offered on varied Monday evenings through the month.
Mindful Moments is a time for us to center ourselves. A time to refill our cup, our heart and our soul in a warm, tranquil and Zen-filled space.
Our lives are filled with so many things that we need to do and then we tend to pack more onto that. We have our work, school, our family’s and friend’s needs that are important to us… There’s cleaning, buying groceries and fixing things that need to get done and then add sports and activities on top of that. We find ourselves constantly running in every direction every waking moment of the day. This doesn’t just affect us physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.
When our world around us is chaotic, our inner self is also in a whirlwind state. We feel maxed out and we aren’t able to take the time that we need to just sit, even if its only for 5 minutes, closing our eyes, taking a breath, resting and being grateful.
This is that moment.
