Cancellation Policy

Effective January 1, 2018

We will be implementing a 24 hour Cancellation Policy at the beginning of the new year. It will be mandatory for all patients to provide us with a credit card to book any appointments at Lotus Tree. This action is due to the significant increase of NO SHOWS at the clinic in recent months. If you are unable to make it to your appointment, please call and let us know or leave a message on our answering machine. We have large cancellation/wait lists and we know somebody would gladly take your place.

Any appointments no showed or cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged in full.
